After much discussion and suggestions received, the Board has agreed to make Indianapolis, IN as the only location for families and guests who travel by Train, Bus, and Air to be picked up by the Besserat Conference Shuttle.

1. The Camp Ground will not be open before Monday (July 27, 2015) 1:00 PM ET.
2. If driving, please plan to be at the Camp Ground after 6:00 AM ET or before 11:00 PM ET on any given day, during the Annual Conference.
3.Don’t forget to bring your pledge, that you had committed to.
4.The Camp Ground rules and regulations strictly prohibit the use of alcoholic beverages, tobacco and illegal drugs.
5.If you are 18 years of age and above, you are required to pay as an individual (single) and not as a member of a family.
